Meet Jennifer Markin
Hi, I’m Jennifer. I started Green Planet Construction because I wanted homeowners to experience what building perfection should feel like. I have spent more than 10 great years in the real estate and construction industry. Over that time I’ve learned that when it comes to making dream projects a reality, it’s the details that matter most. My goal is to spend enough time with you to help you define what perfect means to you, and I stay involved in your project from start to finish. For me, perfect means completing your project on time, on budget, and to the exact specification that we agreed on.

Meet Jordan Sorchevich
Hi, I’m Jordan. Before spending 20 years working for industry giants like Pulte, Lennar, Centex, and Beazer, I proudly served our country in Desert Storm/Desert Shield with the US Airforce. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University, and in 2002 I became the youngest VP of Construction that Pulte ever had. I was instrumental in building 40k+ homes and learned a lot from those experiences. I had the privilege of working directly with the external Building Science group to create industry manuals and became an expert in Building Envelopes. I take a diagnostic approach to problem-solving by understanding, identifying, developing a solutions roadmap, and coordinating the right team of specialists.
I consider myself a realist when working within budgets and always respect the resale value of any work we perform.

We start with a strategy meeting where Jennifer comes to your home, you discuss your dream project and we develop a detailed project scope.
Step 2. Formalize
Our experience and confidence allow us to deliver you an accurate project proposal almost immediately, giving you a budget based on square footage that includes labor and materials.
Step 3. Materialize
We keep our warehouse stocked with the most popular building materials and we hold your hand while you make your selections. After your deposit is received, we order your materials and schedule your project start date.
